Max Fitness is all about changing people's lives for the positive. We want people to reach their maximum fitness potential and go above and beyond where they think they can be. Most of what we deal with as fitness coaches is fat loss. When we set programs up for clients, our goal should be to make clients do the things they need and not the things they want. Too many people get caught up in doing the things they like and neglect the things they need. When you do the same activity all the time, your body gets used to it and becomes very efficient. Eventually, that adaptation will mean that you burn fewer calories even when you are doing the same amount of exercise. So the solution is to challenge your body in a way that it's not used to. Your body will have to work harder as it adjusts to the new activity, which means that you will burn more calories when you work out. If you have a very nutrient dense diet and are challenging yourself daily with your workout routines, you should be heading in the right direction. If you have hit a plateau, be honest with yourself and see what changes can be made.

Mitch has been training with Eric since 2005. Eric helped achieve a level of fitness Mitch never thought possible, through the experience he has continued to show an interest in helping others hit their own goals. A long time Max Fitness member whose passion for health and wellness led her to become a fitness coach. Chelsea uses a background in competitive gymnastics, education and knowledge of anatomy and physiology to encourage and motivate each individual client. Her successful experience as a client and trust in Max Fitness’ unique process allow her to adequately coach clients on their road to results.

JOVI

A certified group fitness instructor through the American council on Exercise (ACE), and Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Jovi enjoys working with clients outside of your normal traditional gym setting, as it allows for a more personal approach to training and maximizing results. She loves upbeat, high tempo music; and food! Jovi is very happy to be a part of the Max Fitness team.

Health and fitness become a passion of Michelle’s at a young age. The same drive led her to a career in collegiate volleyball, and onto working as a trainer after graduating in 2012. Michelle considers Eric a mentor, someone who shares an undying passion for helping and educating others to achieve overall wellness.

CONRAD

American Aerobics Association International (AAAI) certified, with 16+ years of fitness training and nutrition experience. Conrad has a background in rehabilitation and therapy, allowing him to maximize clients’ potential while avoiding injury or setback. You’ll find him keeping a close eye on all members during their work out, ensuring the proper use of technique and form but never shying from pushing to the limit.

MIKE

Mike has always been active through years of playing hockey and regularly working out during, and after college. He quickly saw the value in the training and atmosphere Max Fitness provides, as it has helped improve an injury of his own and grow as a person. From his personal experience and passion in fitness, health and wellness; Mike made the transition into a full time fitness coach to help others hit their goals and continue to spread Max Fitness in the community.
